Atlantic Festival

The Atlantic Festival is a light, color and music show that takes place every Saturday throughout the month of June and attracts hundreds of people to the capital.

This event is part of the Madeira Fireworks Festival and the Madeira Music Festival. The Fireworks Festival consists of four pyro-musical performances, lasting approximately 20 minutes and is notable because of its innovative association of fireworks with music. The Madeira Music Festival has an extensive program of concerts of regional, domestic and foreign musicians, taking place in different concert halls and churches within the region.
