Our fabulous holiday apartments on the island of Madeira, located in a quiet and safe area, ensure our guests have total privacy, in order to provide a safe, calm and relaxed environment. Decorated in a modern style, they offer cozy and quiet spaces, ideal for all your family and friends.

We do not forget about guests who may have limited mobility; that is why our rooms are also equipped for people in wheelchairs. However, our apartments are environmentally friendly, which means that smoking and animals are not allowed.
With quick and easy access to Funchal town centre, our guests can choose to use the bus, taxi or take a short and pleasant walk into town. If, however, you have chosen to rent a car, we offer free and secure parking.

1 - Rates
1.1 - When you make your booking, you can be sure that your accommodation will have the features described on the relevant page.
1.2 - In your statement, you will not find any additional cost, just which you have agreed with us.
2 – Payments
2.1 – A deposit of 20% must be paid upon booking
2.2 – The balance must be paid 4 weeks before the start date of the reservation
2.3 - We accept cash payments, bank transfers and paypal. The relevant information will be provided with the booking confirmation.
3 – Insurance and Liability
3.1 - Insurance and liability required by law, are included in most of the services we have at your arrangement.
4 - Cancellation Policy
4.1 – If a booking is cancelled up to 4 weeks before the reservation date, 50% of the amount already paid will be reimbursed.
4.2 - If payment is made in installments, the deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable.
4.3 - To ensure your reservation, please send an email to reservations@getawaytofunchal.com with a copy of the payment indicating your reservation number.
5 – Suppliers Company / Partners
5.1 - All reservations are conducted by supplier companies/partners duly licensed for such purpose. All legal liability and information provided to the client following the reservations made through Helloguidemadeira are the sole and exclusive liability of the supplier companies /partners.
