Events in Madeira

In Madeira, the cultural offerings are very diverse. In addition to multiple summer festivals, the archipelago hosts events for all tastes, from music festivals (folk, classical music, jazz) to theater and even theme nights promoted by local nightclubs.

Among these events, a few are not to be missed such as the Flower Festival, the Harvest Festival, Carnival, the Madeira Wine Rally, and, in June, the pyrotechnic and musical shows that are part of the Atlantic Festival. If you visit the island during the Christmas season you can enjoy the beauty of themed lighting, regional delicacies, the Market Night and the fantastic fireworks.
